The General Assembly is the highest authority in the organizational structure of Musicautor. It consists of all members of the association, who have the right to elect and dismiss members of the Board of Directors (BoD) and the Supervisory Board.

The General Assembly discusses and decides on all matters concerning the activities of the association and approves and modifies the key documents that Musicautor operates with - Statutes and the Rules for the Distribution of Royalties.
